重陽節將至，白沙鄉中屯村日前在該村漁民活動中心舉辦重陽敬老活動，現場除有中屯國小節目表演，還有辦桌宴請在地年長者，共同慶祝重陽節，現場約一百多人共襄盛舉。
白沙分局講美派出所所長陳盈州偕同該所同仁參與，現場除分送各類犯罪預防、交通安全宣導文宣，提醒民眾注意防竊（扒）、防搶、防詐騙外，並分享「反詐騙165專線」及「假冒公務機關詐騙」、「ATM解除分期付款」等詐騙集團常用之行騙手法，在熱鬧的氣氛中與村民們達到宣導效果。
白沙分局表示，為保障每位民眾的財產安全及有效阻止詐騙發生，講美派出所藉由犯罪預防活動加強村民的反詐騙意識，並宣導護鈔服務；期透過高密度的宣傳反詐騙資訊及關懷民眾相關積極作為，降低民眾被害機會、提高自我防衛能力，達到預防犯罪的目的。同時也呼籲村民多留意身旁可疑人、事、物，如有發現居家周邊環境影響治安之可疑情事，請立即撥打110或派出所電話報警，共同維護社會治安。
白沙分局分局長張文川表示，白沙、西嶼地區治安良好，但年輕人多外出工作，希鄉親提醒赴台工作之遊子，求職時切勿輕信廣告隨便交付自身存摺帳戶或提款卡，不小心可能淪為人頭帳戶，另外若如有任何問題，隨時均可撥打「165」反詐騙專線或向鄰近派出所求助查證。

據《韓聯社》報導，在美方承諾於南韓及周邊地區部署更多美軍戰略武器的情況下，美方將向南韓部署何種戰略武器備受關注。
據南韓軍方和政府相關人士28日透露，美國和南韓正考慮如下兩種方案：第一，美國將在朝鮮半島部署F-22、F-35B戰機；第二，向朝鮮半島定期出動B-1B轟炸機、核動力航鑑，並增加其出動次數。
南韓政府一位消息人士表示，目前美國在朝鮮半島部署的武器主要以F-16戰機為主，但美國和南韓正考慮部署更多戰略武器，其中包括最尖端戰機F-22、F-35B。F-22和F-35B的最大飛行速度分別在2.5馬赫、1.6馬赫以上，可在10分鐘和20分鐘內快速飛抵平壤空域。
南韓國防部一位負責人表示，美國和南韓也正商討美國向朝鮮半島定期出動B-1B轟炸機、核動力航艦，並增加其出動次數的方案。美國和南韓將討論通過在朝鮮半島部署航艦和增派空軍兵力，實現部署效果最大化的方案。
南韓國防部人士透露，美國和南韓將於下個月在首爾舉行的軍事委員會會議（MCM）和韓美安保會議（SCM）上，就更具體的內容進行深入討論。
